Explore Panama through our tailor-made circuits, designed by Sophie and her team from the capital. Each itinerary is crafted to reveal the diversity of a country that spans just 80 km wide: the canal and its colonial quarter of Casco Viejo, the Guna islands of San Blas, the coffee highlands of Boquete, and the Caribbean beaches of Bocas del Toro. Whether you travel with family, as a couple, or with friends, our circuits adapt to your pace and preferences. From a 12-day discovery circuit to an extended 3-week journey including the Darién, find the itinerary that suits you and travel with peace of mind with an English-speaking local agency based in Panama.

How to choose your Panama circuit?
The country's geography allows for coherent combinations over two weeks. A 13 to 17-day circuit comfortably covers Panama City, Guna Yala and Boquete, or Panama City, Bocas del Toro and Azuero depending on your preference for sea or mountains. To add a third region and include off-the-beaten-path stages like the Darién or central coast, plan for 18 days or more. 50-minute Air Panama domestic flights avoid long drives and make it easier to connect between the Pacific and Caribbean.
Different types of circuits
Our cultural itineraries focus on Casco Viejo, Emberá communities on the Chagres River and Guna Yala molas, with pre-arranged meetings with partner communities. Adventure circuits combine Barú volcano trekking, hiking the Los Quetzales trail, rafting on the Chiriquí Viejo River and diving at Coiba. Family trips feature short stages with suitable accommodations: sloth spotting in Soberanía, swimming in San Blas cays and surf schools in Bocas del Toro for teenagers.
What is the best season?
From mid-December to mid-April, the Pacific side enters dry season: temperatures of 27 to 32°C, clear skies, calm seas. This is the ideal window to combine Panama City, Azuero, Chiriquí and Guna Yala. The Caribbean coast follows an inverse calendar, with its best periods in September-October and February-March. The green season (May to November) brings late-afternoon showers, lush nature and softer rates, except in November when rain becomes daily. To see quetzals in Boquete, aim for January to May.
